A veterana banda norte-americana Blue Öyster Cult tem passagem confirmada no Brasil em fevereiro de 2012!
Formada no final da década de 1960, o Blue Öyster Cult surgiu na mesma época que bandas clássicas como Black Sabbath, Deep Purple e Uriah Heep. E mais do que apenas mais uma banda de heavy metal americana, o Blue Oyster Cult destaca-se por suas letras e temáticas baseadas em literatura de horror e ficção científica, inspirada por escritores como H. P. Lovecraft, Edgar Allan Poe e Stephen King. As músicas giram em torno de monstros lendários, maldições, vampiros e ocultismo.
