SEFOTEU\\ L.A. Guns: grupo acaba e Dilana diz que 'banda é uma piada'

Tal como se previa, a porta giratória que é o L.A. GUNS expeliu mais um cliente insatisfeito em pouco tempo.

A concorrente do reality show ‘Rockstar Supernova’ DILANA foi anunciada como a nova voz do L.A. Guns no dia 29 de Setembro de 2011. Isso foi há 71 dias e agora parece que tudo foi pelo ralo tal como a imprensa já alarmava.

Há várias histórias, relatos, boatos e tudo mais sobre o fato – mas nada seria mais claro do que os comentários feitos pela própria Dilana em sua página oficial no Facebook, postados ontem:

“O resto da turnê do L.A. Guns foi cancelado. Desculpas aos fãs. Eu nunca pedi pra sair. Tracii saiu da banda dizendo OBRIGADO, FOI DIVERTIDO ENQUANTO DUROU. Essa banda é uma porra duma piada. Eu tenho um editor para lançar um livro. Começo na segunda. EU ODEIO que eu tenha que dar crédito a Tracii por isso, mas tudo bem…” Dilana

Ela ainda disse: “Eu tenho TODAS as anotações escritas e algumas gravadas sobre essa merda de turnê do LA Guns!! Um dia, vocês entenderão! Minha música NUNCA MORRERÁ. Vou entrar no estúdio em fevereiro de 2012 com o meu NOVO CD!!!” Dilana.

Tracii ainda não se pronunciou sobre o ocorrido.

Dilana Robichaux, who is best known for her participation on the CBS reality show "Rock Star: Supernova", recently joined the Tracii Guns-led version of L.A. GUNS as the band's new lead singer.

Fan-filmed video footage of the revamped group's first live performance, which took place this past Friday, October 21 at Backstage Live in San Antonio, Texas, can be seen below.

Guns previously stated about Dilana's addition to L.A. GUNS, "The final straw was her audition, where she completely took control of the environment by injecting a type of soul into these old new songs that I have never heard before. The first tune we jammed on was the OTIS REDDING classic 'These Arms Of Mine', and even a very skeptical Jeremy [Guns, bass] looked up at me and mouthed 'Holy Shit' to me and I had the same feeling. Then we ran through 'One More Reason', 'Never Enough', and, of course, 'The Ballad Of Jayne', and it was an awakening of just how professional and soulful of a singer Dilana is. After getting responses from the label, my agent and manager — who are all really into a drastic positive change for L.A. GUNS and myself — we all feel this is a ballsy and risky change that we all collectively feel good about. I expect there will be some changes in the live setlist and I hope we can get straight into writing mode [as soon as possible] and record some fresh rock 'n' roll, also [as soon as possible]."

Singer Jizzy Pearl announced his departure from the Tracii Guns-led version of L.A. GUNS earlier this month. He wrote on his official web site, "After an amazing two years in L.A. GUNS, I have decided to move on. This decision was not based on anger or animosity — I have nothing but respect for Tracii and the guys. They can, and will, carry on better than ever. I wish all good luck and good music in the future."

Faz pouco mais de 24 horas que JIZZY PEARL anunciou sua debandada do LA GUNS.
Após múltiplas solicitações e mensagens para o líder da banda, TRACII GUNS – sempre muito solícito com admiradores do grupo- foi feito o seguinte comunicado:

“Ha há! Não há muito que dizer. Eu me encontrei com DILANA «candidata no extinto reality show ROCK STAR SUPERNOVA» na noite passada, ela não foi cuzona, ela foi até bem inteligente e centrada, tivemos uma longa conversa e Jeremy estava lá. Há algumas pessoas com as quais também estou conversando e que vivem fora do país.

Quanto a Jizzy, ele acha que está na hora dele fazer o lance ele e eu não poderia ficar mais feliz por ele. Ele é um grande amigo. Se a Dilana acabar entrando pro LA GUNS seria porque eu gosto dela baseado em nossa química e sua habilidade em cantar as músicas do LA GUNS apropriadamente, eu não vou emitir um julgamento sobre ela baseado na opinião de outra pessoa sobre o rockstar supernova. Honestamente, eu não me incomodaria de ter uma mulher cantando no L.A. Guns. Eu gosto de novidade.”
