"Through Oblivion", the new video from Swedish metallers IN FLAMES, can be seen below. The clip was once again helmed by Swedish director Patric Ullaeus of the Revolver Film Company AB, who has previously worked with HAMMERFALL, DIMMU BORGIR, EUROPE and LACUNA COIL, among many others.

Premiere\\ IN FLAMES Filming 'Rusted Nail' Video

"Rusted Nail" is taken from IN FLAMES' eleventh album, "Siren Charms", which will be released in the U.S. on September 9 via Sony/RED. The CD was recorded at Hansa Tonstudios (DAVID BOWIE, DEPECHE MODE, U2) in Berlin, Germany. The cover artwork was created by Blake Armstrong of Space Boy Comics and can be seen below.

Em entrevista ao programa "Full Metal Jackie Show", o frontman do Trivium Matt Heafy falou sobre como está sendo a turnê com o In Flames, além de comentar sobre o mais recente trabalho da banda o disco "In Waves"; confira alguns trechos a seguir.

Vocês estão realizando uma turnê com o In Flames pelo exterior, e eu estou feliz por essa turnê estar chegando ao Estados Unidos, então, essa parceria vem de longa data?

Oh sim, saímos em turnê juntos em 2005 no Ozzfest, e no Sounds of the Underground em 2006 ou 2007, já fizemos vários shows nessa turnê de 9.000 pessoas em Gotemburgo, 7.500 a 8.000 pessoas em Estocolmo além de shows de 3.000 a 7.000 pessoas por noite na Alemanha, agora estamos fazendo uma turnê pela Inglaterra como Headliners e o In Flames como banda de abertura, agora vamos para a América do Norte e em seguida para a Austrália, e estamos conversando sobre um possível turnê pela América do Sul.

Para que lugares vocês ainda não foram?

Um monte de lugares - América do Sul, América Central, África, Oriente Médio, não fomos para Portugal, Grécia ou Turquia. O Reino Unido é o nosso carro chefe de shows, foi o país que digamos nos pegou primeiro, temos discos de prata e de ouro aqui, os nossos shows sempre esgotam aqui, os fãs nos tratam muito bem cada vez que voltamos para cá.

"Where The Dead Ships Dwell", the new video from Swedish metallers IN FLAMES, can be seen below. The clip was once again helmed by director Patric Ullaeus of Revolver Film Company, who has previously worked with DIMMU BORGIR, LACUNA COIL, SONIC SYNDICATE and KAMELOT, among others.

IN FLAMES will release the "Where The Dead Ships Dwell" digital single next month containing three completely different remixes. With versions by German rapper Casper, drum-and-bass act THE QEMISTS and Kristof Bathory, vocalist of the black metal band DAWN OF ASHES, there should be something everyone can enjoy.

"The songs have already been made and the originals are as good as they can be, but what if I give them to an artist from a whole different genre, what would be there take on it?" says IN FLAMES vocalist Anders Fridén. "I love collaborations like this and all the artists we worked with have done an awesome job. It's not meant to be taken dead serious and it's not how In Flames is gonna sound next, but I love it and I hope you'll enjoy a twist to the formula."

CIRCLE PIT \\ TRIVIUM, IN FLAMES, RISE TO REMAIN, GHOST To Join Forces For 'Defenders Of The Faith' Tour

Young metal heroes TRIVIUM, Gothenburg gods IN FLAMES, British upstarts RISE TO REMAIN, mysterious metallers GHOST and fresh Norwegian INSENSE will team up for Metal Hammer's Defenders Of The Faith tour in December. The massive trek with its stellar bill will be hitting the road on December 1 and tear it up from Southampton to Glasgow over seven shows until December 8.

"Prepare for the siege on the U.K. that is the 2011 Metal Hammer Defenders Of The Faith tour," says TRIVIUM's Matt Heafy. "This is what it's all about: an epic night to celebrate all that is glorious about the diverse world of metal. This bill is a must-see tour and has something every fan of modern metal can enjoy."

"We are glad to be part of such an awesome bill on the Defenders Of The Faith tour," adds Anders Fridén of IN FLAMES. "We are looking forward to playing the U.K. after such a good time this summer at Sonisphere."

"Without IN FLAMES, TRIVIUM wouldn't exist," explains Matt. "So needless to say, the ability to tour with these legends is a dream come true."

Matt is also excited about the other bands on the bill, and rightly so!

"RISE TO REMAIN are flying the flag for British metal," he says. "They're up-and-coming stars and good pals of ours too. GHOST are something special; you can feel the electricity and mystery behind Lucifer's house band. Prepare your souls for the sermon. They are a must-see. INSENSE deliver some pummelling brutality and a sense of catchiness that is all their own."

"We are incredibly excited to be part of the Defenders Of The Faith tour," says RISE TO REMAIN frontman Austin Dickinson (son of IRON MAIDEN's Bruce Dickinson). As for what TRIVIUM have planned, Matt says that "TRIVIUM plan to crash [new album] 'In Waves' down on the U.K. shores and we plan on bringing a whole new set and show. This tour will rule."

Traduza\\ New GOJIRA EP To Feature Guest Appearances By LAMB OF GOD, IN FLAMES, SOULFLY Members

Guitarist/vocalist Joe Duplantier of French extreme/progressive metallers GOJIRA recently spoke to U.K.'s Metal Hammer magazine about the band's forthcoming four-song EP, the proceeds from which will benefit Sea Shepherd, an anti-whaling organization.

The new issue of Metal Hammer, which hits the shelves today, comes packaged with a "Razor" CD that contains the new GOJIRA track "Of Blood And Salt" featuring guest appearances by Canadian musician/producer Devin Townsend (STRAPPING YOUNG LAD) and Fredrik Thordendal (MESHUGGAH).

According to Duplantier, the new GOJIRA EP will feature guest appearances by the following musicians:

* Devin Townsend (STRAPPING YOUNG LAD)
* Fredrik Thordendal (MESHUGGAH)
* Randy Blythe (LAMB OF GOD)
* Anders Fridén (IN FLAMES)
* Max Cavalera (SOULFLY, CAVALERA CONSPIRACY, SEPULTURA)

"I decided to ask a few singers from other metal bands if they would help us," Duplantier explained. "They all said yes! So Randy Blythe from LAMB OF GOD is involved. He sings on one song. Max Cavalera is involved, too, and Anders from IN FLAMES. Devin Townsend is also singing on the EP. It's taking a long time to organize but it's gonna be worth it."

The GOJIRA EP is tentatively scheduled for release in September, with a new full new album to follow later.

Regarding what the new GOJIRA material sounds like, Duplantier said, "It's GOJIRA but wiser and heavier." He added, "Our music is always evolving. I hope there is more to come from us! I believe we can get heavier and deeper and more magical than before. I respect everything that's been done before, but I hope we're digging in another direction. It's not a technical direction. It's a more spiritual direction. I think we're getting closer to the core of why we're doing this music. It's hard to describe it. Until I hear the new album it's hard to have a clear vision of it. Fuck it, it's just better!"

Göteborgshjulet (The Wheel of Gothenburg) was inaugurated in the spring 2010 and is open year-round. Situated on the waterfront, right next to the opera house, the 60-meter-high (200 feet) wheel offers a 360-degree view of the area.

A banda sueca de Death Metal IN FLAMES, vai entrar em seu estúdio em Gotemburgo, Suécia, na próxima semana. Segundo a banda, "O plano é passar o restante de 2010 e o início de 2011 gravando um novo álbum".

O guitarrista Jesper Strömblad, saiu da banda em fevereiro para continuar o seu tratamento contra o álcool. A banda passou os últimos meses viajando pelo mundo com o guitarrista temporário, Niclas Engelin (ENGEL).
