O livro "Cemitério Maldito", obra do mestre do terror Stephen King, irá ganhar uma nova versão no cinema. A adaptação será feita pelo roteirista de "1408", Matthew Greenberg, afirma o jornal "LA Times".
A primeira versão da história foi lançada em 1989 e tem o próprio Stephen King como roteirista. Uma sequência foi lançada em 1992.
Segundo o jornal, o projeto foi abraçado pelo estúdio Paramount, que está à procura de um diretor. O estúdio não confirmou a informação.
