SEFOTEU \\ SLAYER, MEGADETH: Stockholm 'European Carnage' Show Canceled

According to a press release from concert promoter Live Nation, the March 19 "European Carnage" SLAYER / MEGADETH event that was scheduled to take place at Arenan/Fryshuset in Stockholm, Sweden has been canceled "due to other commitments." Both bands promise to be back soon. No further details are currently available.

(Note: There is speculation that SLAYER and MEGADETH will play Sweden later in the year as part of the Swedish edition of the Sonisphere festival, featuring the so-called "Big Four" of 1980s thrash metal — METALLICA, ANTHRAX, SLAYER and MEGADETH. This, however, should be treated as a rumor only at this point.)
