O Anthrax foi confirmado como headliner do festival itinerante Metal Alliance Tour 2013. A banda promete tocar o clássico CD Among The Living, que contém músicas como Caught In A Mosh, Indians e I Am The Law, em todos os shows. As bandas Exodus, Municipal Waste e Holy Grail também foram confirmadas na turnê.
A Metal Alliance Tour irá rodar os EUA durante os meses de março e abril.
