A banda inglesa MUSE, composta por Matthew Bellamy (vocal, guitarra e piano), Christopher Wolstenholme (baixo, vocal de apoio e teclado) e Dominic Howard (bateria e percussão), ganhou o prêmio de melhor álbum de rock (The Resistance) na cerimônia do 53º Grammy Awards, que aconteceu domingo (13/02), na "National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences" de Los Angeles, nos Estados Unidos.
A banda também concorreu nas categorias 'melhor canção de rock' e 'melhor performance vocal', mas não ganhou.
