Mike Starr foi preso em Salt Lake City por porte de entorpecentes. O ex-baixista do ALICE IN CHAINS participou da terceira temporada do reality-show Celebrity Rehab, em 2009. Na temporada posterior, ele também deu as caras como exemplo de participante que teria conseguido ficar limpo após o programa.
Ainda não foi divulgado o tipo de substância que Starr portava. O músico segue detido. Sua fiança custa 20 mil dólares.
