Traduza\\ MATT SORUM Plays First Show With MOTÖRHEAD

ormer GUNS N' ROSES and current VELVET REVOLVER drummer Matt Sorum played his first show with MOTÖRHEAD last night (Tuesday, September 8) at the 9:30 Club in Washington, D.C.

Sorum is filling in for MOTÖRHEAD's regular drummer, Mikkey Dee, who is sitting out most of the band's current North American tour in order to take part in "Kändisdjungeln", the Swedish version of the popular U.K. and U.S. reality-TV show "I'm a Celebrity…Get Me out of Here!".

A total of 10 celebrities will appear in the inaugural season of "Kändisdjungeln" — which is being filmed in the jungles of Malaysia — including Mikkey, Swedish wine expert Bengt Frithiofsson and actress Inger "Pippi Långstrump" Nilsson.
