Motley Crue singer Vince Neil is being accused of attacking a woman in a Las Vegas hotel elevator over the weekend ... this according to law enforcement sources.
TMZ.com has learned an "adult woman" has filed a misdemeanor battery complaint with the Las Vegas Metro Police ... in which she claims Neil "pushed her in an elevator" at the Las Vegas Hilton around 9:50 PM on Sunday night.
Cops tell us the matter is currently under investigation.
It's the latest in a string of legal problems for the singer -- as we previously reported, Vince was busted for DUI back in June after leaving the same Las Vegas Hilton ... where he owns a restaurant called Tres Rios Cantina.
