AS I LAY DYING's latest album, "The Powerless Rise", sold 38,000 copies in the United States in its first week of release to debut at position No. 10 on The Billboard 200 chart.

AS I LAY DYING' previous album, "An Ocean Between Us", opened with 39,500 units back in August 2007 to land at No. 8.

"The Powerless Rise" was released on May 11 via Metal Blade Records.
