De acordo com o UltimaHora.com, James Hetfield (METALLICA) se apresentará com o Rock N' Roll All Stars no Paraguai, em evento com duas horas e meia de duração que será realizado em 19 de abril e que contará ainda com Gene Simmons (KISS), Billy Duffy (THE CULT), Joe Elliott (DEF LEPPARD), Sebastian Bach, Vince Neil (MOTLEY CRUE), Glenn Hughes (DEEP PURPLE, BLACK SABBATH), Duff Mckagan (GUNS N' ROSES, VELVET REVOLVER), Matt Sorum (GUNS N' ROSES, VELVET REVOLVER), Gilby Clarke (GUNS N' ROSES, VELVET REVOLVER), Steve Stevens (BILLY IDOL), Ed Roland (COLLECTIVE SOUL) e Mike Inez (ALICE IN CHAINS), além do ator Charlie Sheen como mestre de cerimônias.
O projeto se apresenta no Brasil no dia 21 de abril, no Metal Open Air, em São Luís, Maranhão. Não há ainda informações sobre a vinda de James Hetfield para esta única apresentação no Brasil.
