O trabalho apresentará 4 capas diferentes para cada continente que for lançado: América do Norte, Europa, Austrália e América do Sul/Ásia. Uma delas (provavelmente a norte-americana) pode ser vista ao lado.
Este álbum será o sucessor do "Shot To Hell", lançado em 2006, que atingiu mais de 32 mil cópias vendidas só nos Estados Unidos.
