PopEater.com reports: Despite reports that rocker Bret Michaels has proposed to his on-again, off-again girlfriend of 16 years, Kristi Lynn Gibson, he says it's not true. "No. We are not engaged yet," Michaels said during a CBS "Early Show" interview on Wednesday morning."We're a work in progress." Although Gibson has been spotted with serious bling on her finger, Michaels called it "a promise ring ... a friendship ring, with benefits. That's what we call it."
The couple has two daughters together: Raine Elizabeth, 10, and Jorja Bleu, 5.
